Register to request access to the school library
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Luis Aguado National High School E-Library System. By requesting an account, you acknowledge that the system is provided for legitimate educational, instructional, and library-related purposes only.
The E-Library is intended for enrolled students, teachers, librarians, authorized staff, and approved school administrators of Luis Aguado National High School. All account requests are subject to review. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and the school may reject, suspend, or deactivate accounts when necessary for security, accuracy, or policy compliance.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering. This includes your legal name, valid email address, and correct account type. You must not create an account using another person’s name, email address, role, or identity.
The system may be used to browse books, read approved materials, access assigned resources, manage library-related tasks, and participate in learning activities permitted by your role. You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt system operations, bypass access controls, upload harmful files, or attempt to access pages, files, or records outside your assigned permissions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password or Google account access with classmates, friends, or other users. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should immediately report it to the library administrator or authorized school personnel.
Books, documents, images, files, and other materials in the E-Library may be protected by copyright, school policy, or licensing restrictions. Materials are provided for personal educational use only unless clearly stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying, downloading, redistribution, resale, public posting, or modification of protected materials is prohibited.
The system may collect and store information needed to manage access and protect the platform, including account details, role, status, class group participation, reading activity, login records, and system activity logs. This information is used for account administration, security monitoring, library services, reports, and support.
Your access depends on your approved role. Students, teachers, librarians, and administrators have different permissions. You agree not to perform actions outside your approved access level, including managing users, changing roles, editing library records, or accessing restricted dashboards without authorization.
For safety, accountability, and maintenance, the system may record actions such as login activity, content management, account updates, class group actions, and other administrative events. These records may be reviewed by authorized personnel when investigating errors, misuse, security concerns, or policy violations.
The school may limit, suspend, reject, or remove access if an account is found to contain false information, violate these Terms, misuse digital resources, compromise security, or no longer meet eligibility requirements.
By checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, that the information you provided is accurate, and that you agree to follow all school rules and E-Library access policies.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Luis Aguado National High School E-Library System collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information submitted by users and generated through use of the platform.
The system may collect account registration details such as name, email address, grade or section when applicable, and other information needed to verify eligibility and provide access to library services.
When you sign in using an email and password or Google Sign-In, the system may process authentication information necessary to confirm your identity. For Google Sign-In, the system may receive your verified email address, name, and Google account identifier for login and account linking purposes.
The system may record activity such as login time, reading activity, saved books, assigned readings, class group participation, administrative changes, support reports, and other actions needed for security, reporting, and service improvement.
Collected information is used to manage user accounts, approve access requests, enforce role-based permissions, deliver E-Library services, support class and library activities, maintain system security, respond to support concerns, and generate school-related reports.
Personal information is accessible only to authorized personnel based on their system role and responsibilities. Information is not intended for public disclosure and should not be shared outside legitimate school, library, security, or administrative purposes.
The system uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect user information, including role-based access controls, password hashing, account status controls, and activity logs. Users are also responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
User and activity records may be retained for as long as needed to provide E-Library services, comply with school requirements, maintain security records, resolve support concerns, or preserve library and academic history.
You should provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private, avoid sharing account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect account information to authorized school personnel.
The school may update this Privacy Policy when system features, operational needs, or security practices change. Continued use of the E-Library after updates means you acknowledge the current policy.
